We are subletting our on-campus 1-bed 1-bath furnished apartment from 7/10 to 8/14 (we might be able to accommodate if you want to move in a little earlier or later). The rent is $1760/month.

The building is located in Escondido Village, on campus (building name: Barnes. Address: 74 Barnes Court, Stanford CA), in a quiet area, very close to campus facilities, walking distance to California Ave and a short drive/bike ride to downtown Palo Alto.

We love the apartment, have lived here for almost 6 years -- the reason we are subletting is because we will have to move out earlier than expected.

Requirements: 1) Stanford affiliation. 2) Cannot be an undergraduate student.
