I am subletting my room in a 2BR/2BTH in South Beach from Jul 31st to August 14th. Your roommates will be a a 23 year old male in tech, and a 25 year old female student. Both are friendly, outgoing and neat.

Room:
The room is very spacious (approx. 160 square feet). It is furnished with a desk, a queen sized bed, a closet, fan, lamps etc. You will be sharing a bathroom with one of the roommates. The apartment itself is large (1118 sqft). It has a fully stocked kitchen and laundry on site.

Complex:
The apartment complex (bayside village http://www.baysidevillage.com/) has a gym, three pools, six saunas, an on-site grocery store and many more amenities that I am yet to discover. The apartment also has a free shuttle service to and from the financial district if you work in the area.

Location:
The apartment is right next to the embacadero and brannan muni stop -- which is a 10 minute walk from the caltrain station and a 10 minute walk to market street. It also faces the water in case you enjoy a good view.

Rent:
The rent is $850 (utilities and internet included) for the duration of Jul 31st to August 14th.
