The official price is $1083/mo, but I will prorate based on the period you rent. The room is very new and clean, because I took all of my stuff out of the room. You can use the room as you want but you need to bring you own beddings.

General information:
You will have a separate bathroom but going to share a bathroom and kitchen with male roommate.
There is a gym and tennis court in walking distance and laundry is free.
