We are subletting our on-campus (Abrams midrise) 1-bedroom 1-bathroom furnished apartment from 7/18 to 8/14 (we might be able to accommodate if you want to move in a little later and/or move out a little earlier). The rent is $1760/month (prorated).

The building is midrise located in Escondido Village on campus with free laundry room in the basement, walking distance (~15 mins) to Caltrain station on S. California Ave.

Requirements: 1) Stanford affiliation. 2) Cannot be an undergraduate student.
