I am subleasing my room in a 2bd/1bth EV low-rise apartment.

The place is fully furnished including TV and great speaker,
there is a full kitchen with a microwave, toaster, coffee maker etc.
The outside area is lovely, we have 2 patio chairs and a table.

The subletter needs to be a female and must provide a proof of Stanford affiliation.
