About the room:
Furnished one bedroom with private bath available in a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo. We have the master suite and you have the second bedroom which uses the main bathroom (not attached to the room). The room is furnished with a brand new full-sized bed and lamp. The rent is 1500 + shared utilities (~$80).

About the apartment:
Quiet, first floor corner unit in a gated community with swimming pool. Permit available for parking inside the complex. Washer / dryer in unit. Beautiful open floor plan - see the pictures. Close to Caltrain and easy access to major highways (101 and 280).

About you:
You are a clean and responsible individual. (No couples please.) Professionals and students welcome. No pets, no smoking, no drugs, no overnight guests. Light kitchen use only.

About us:
We are a couple who work together at Stanford. We love cooking and hiking. We are quiet and friendly, but are also happy to let you have your space, if that's your preference. 我们都会讲汉语。

Additional info:
You will have to pay a $30 application fee and pass a credit check. Lease is minimum six months, with a $1500 deposit. Apartment is available starting September 1, although we are willing to negotiate an earlier move in date.
