Location: 5-7 minute walk from Downtown Menlo Park, 10-15 minute walk from the Menlo Park Caltrain, Safeway, and Trader Joe’s

Room: It is a room in a 2 bedroom 1.5 bath apartment, shared by three girls. It has two levels. Upstairs has two rooms and a full bathroom, and downstairs has a living room (which will be one's room), full kitchen and a half bathroom.

Cost: $1200 per month, plus utility shared among three people

We are looking for a quite, and clean female for subleasing. We also have a high preference for someone who can rent the entire period from 8/15 to 9/29. Pictures are available on request.
