We bought this from Amazon (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000BTDNEK/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1) but ended up never using it because the place we ended up living at had a pre-installed washing machine.
For photos and additional description please see the weblink. Ours is no different and it's in tip-top shape as we never even opened it. You are welcome to open and make sure it's not broken or something.
