Hi! We're opening up a gorgeous house up in Los Altos Hills! Pictures speak for themselves. We are looking for cool and responsible housemate to help maintain a fun and respective house culture.

Location: In the Los Altos hills. 1 acre of land and a stunning view of the hills and freeway. You can see hawks flying below you! Its really a beautiful house. Its also a quick 14 minute drive to Stanford, and a 5 minute drive to hop on the 280 to make your way up and down the bay

2 Washing machines and Dryers in unit. Parking is on large plot of land and up our private driveway.

The rooms: This is a new house, so several rooms are opening up! Rent prices range from $1400-$2100, with most rooms being in the $1600 range

Roommates: So far, we have a researcher at Stanford and an entrepreneur gal who has started a few companies. We’re all pretty busy, but like watching movies together (or Game of Thrones!!) or grabbing a drink on the weekend.

You: We're looking for roommates that can be a net positive in the house. You don't need to be extroverted or hang out all the time, but we look for a cooperative mentality, open attitude, and interesting people who can contribute to conversation. While things will always come up, we like things drama free :)

We screen heavily and really work hard to make a community that fits well together. Its all about finding people that are a good fit. We'd rather have a room vacant than have someone who we dont like living in the house.

Logistics: Sign a month to month lease (your rent will not go up for at least a year). Utilities are a fixed $125/month and include cleaning service, renters insurance, super fast internet, as well as the standard things. Common areas furnished, kitchens stocked - we make your move as easy as possible. :).
