Hi all!
We are looking for a new roomie to sign a 1-year lease with. Please provide a credit score and proof of income.
Other expenses: We split internet and utilities equally (usually about $30 each month). We don't have cable.
About us:
We met on craigslist last year and got super lucky! We are both easy-going, very clean, keep fairly quiet during the weekdays and like to explore and go out on weekends! We both love wine nights, picnicking at the lake, and also enjoy our alone time ☺
Roomie A
25 year-old native Texan. I have been here exactly a year, and let's face it - I am probably never going back haha. I was a collegiate swimmer and work for a competitive swim brand similar to Speedo out in Livermore. During the week, I am almost always up before the sun to swim or do yoga, therefore, I am typically a grandma and in bed around 9pm. During the weekends, I like to grab drinks with friends, explore the bay area and try new delicious food!
Roomie B
25 year-old originally from San Diego. Has been in the bay are for seven years. She works in San Francisco for Audi and is out for majority of the day. She is easy going, enjoys hanging out at the lake, art shows, off the grid! Occasionally enjoys having friends over for bbqs and small get togethers.
An ideal roomie:
We are looking forward to living with someone who is kind, respectful of the apartment space and down to live with two gals who absolutely love living in the Oaktown.
About the room:
It's HUGE! Seriously, the size of a studio apartment 300X300 square feet. It also has a private bathroom and two sliding door closets. Big windows that open up for air circulation. No furniture included.
About the apartment:
3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (roomies A and B share a bathroom). BIG living area - seriously the biggest I have seen in the area. Normal kitchen, but pretty outdated appliances. We have a patio, with a beautiful view of the lake and a badass built-in bar. We are within 100 yards of a pizza place. . .. What more do you need!?
About the location:
A couple blocks from Lake Merritt, less than a mile from Grand Ave (bars, restaurants, etc.), 1 mile from Lake Merritt BART station. I haven't figured out the buses here so I can't answer that.
Please reply with a couple sentences about you, include social media accounts so we can stalk you and make sure you're not a robot or a killer.

If you were in a lip sync battle, what song would you choose?
