I'm subletting my room in a 3 story Victorian house in the heart of Hayes Valley, San Francisco.
Dates: 4-Aug to 5-Sep (but could be also less)

• Great living room area with fireplace and projector
• great kitchen
• Rooftop with great view on SF
• washing machine and drier
• shared bathroom with one other bedroom (that is all what is on 'your' floor)
• total of three bedrooms in this apartment (one of them would be yours)
• close to Alamo Square, close to lots of small boutiques/cafes --> very central location in SF
• in jogging distance to golden gate park....
