We’re a group of recent Stanford co-op alums who are looking to sublet a double in our brand-new shared house, available immediately until Sept 1. We’re offering the room for $200/week (which includes utilities). The room we are subletting has its own bathroom.
Since this is a new house for all of us, some housemates are currently moving in, while others are away for the first month - hence why we’re subletting a double. Attached are some pictures of the common areas, which are steadily being furnished.
