I’m going to a summer internship and I’m subletting my room in a 2bedroom/2bath apartment in Menlo Park Apartments community. The room is fully furnished. My roommate is a 4th year PhD female student at Stanford University.

-Peaceful and safe; mainly families, young professionals, and graduate students
-Very friendly and responsive landlord who lives on site
-Community pool and on site laundry room
-15 minutes Stanford, 10 minutes to downtown Palo Alto, 10 Minutes to 101 Freeway

Apartment/Room:
-Spacious and bright apartment that stays cool during hot summer days
-The bedroom for rent is spacious and fully furnished
-Private bathroom with shower
-Kitchen with fridge and dishwasher
-Patio space for relaxing and/or for entertaining
-Large comfortable living room area
-free parking inside the community

-Rent: $1300 (rent can be discussed by how long will you stay)

Occasional overnight guests okay, no smoking please.
