I am a 24 year old female research assistant at Stanford looking for housing. I am commuting from Walnut Creek, so, as you can imagine, I would love to find a room to move into ASAP. I'm hoping to find a furnished, private room near campus for less than $1300. I am also hoping to find a place that I can live for the next year, but I am open to a month-to-month or six-month lease. Pet free and smoke free homes only please!
