We have one room available for summer sublet in a 6-bedroom, 3-bathroom house located 3 blocks away from University Avenue downtown Palo Alto (4 min walk to Blue Bottle, Sushirrito, etc): 8/24 - 9/6

We are Stanford graduate students living together in one house, and I'll be traveling for two weeks so am subletting the room. It's as good a location as you can find.

It's a furnished bedroom with a bed, a desk and a futon, but is also connected to a semi-private living room space (shared between two rooms) with two couches and another desk. In addition to that, we have phenomenal common spaces (3 living rooms across three floors, the bottom one has a pool table).

Rent is $900 for the specified duration above--flexible on the dates, although I'd prefer to sublet to someone staying for the whole duration.
