Smarty Pants Tutoring and Early Learning is seeking immediate part-time assistance from college and graduate students who are interesting in putting their skills and knowledge to good use. Becoming a Smarty Pants Tutor means sharing your enthusiasm for learning and practicing the art of teaching by providing academic support to students ranging from grades K-12 in all subject areas. Our mission at Smarty Pants is to motivate and inspire students to succeed through compassionate guidance, assistance, and goal-oriented curricula so they can achieve success inside the classroom.

Requirements:

Applicant must have reliable transportation to get to and from students' homes.
Applicant must provide personal and professional references, which will be evaluated alongside an interview process.
Applicant must be patient, kind, and punctual, with excellent communication skills and a desire to make learning fun!
Applicant must be pursuing or possess a degree at the undergraduate or graduate level.

Compensation will range from $30-$50/hour, depending on the subject and grade level.
