Hello! I'm a Stanford graduate student (female, 30) looking for someone to sublet a room. I moved recently into a house in Burlingame and I'll need to sublet at least through the fall quarter (i.e. through December), with a potential possibility of extending into the spring quarter if you're interested.

The furnished room is $1150/month including utilities, and it comes with a bed, dresser, bedside table, and a big closet.

We're a 5 minute walk from the grocery store, a 10 minute walk from Caltrain. With a car we're 10 minutes to BART, and ~3 minutes from highway 101. We're essentially midway between Stanford and San Francisco, so on the train it take's a quick half hour to get to either. I might be able to lend a bike if that makes your commute easier.

I'd prefer a move in on or after September 20th, as I am defending on that day (!), but I could be flexible. You'd be sharing this 3 bedroom/2 bathroom home with me, with a good chance I will sublet out another room at some point. Eventually my partner will move in and we'll likely stop subletting at some point, but he won't be back for a few months yet.
