Apartment: 3 bedroom 2 bathroom. Fully equipped kitchen w access at any time {lots of storage room for food}
Apartment Complex: pool area & sundeck / 4 Laundry & 4 Dryer / priv. Parking spot / bike storage

About us: we are in our early 30’s & international {from Germany, Ethiopia and the US/Wisconsin}. I’m in arts, my two other roommates are in the medical & finance field. All of us are easy to get along with. We like to socialize but often don’t due to our different schedules. When at home we tend to be rather on the quite side.

We are looking for a female roommate {bathroom will be shared with another female} but no must.

Monthly rent: $1150 + $150 utilities {min 6month} / $1250 + $150 utilities for short term {min 3 mth}
