We have one room available for temporary sublet in a 6-bedroom, 3-bathroom house located 3 blocks away from University Avenue downtown Palo Alto (4 min walk to Blue Bottle, Sushirrito, etc): 9/14 - 9/20

We are Stanford graduate students, but some of us are traveling during September (hence the sublet). It's as good a location as you can find.

It's a furnished bedroom with a bed, a desk and a futon, but is also connected to a semi-private living room space (shared between two rooms) with two couches and another desk. In addition to that, we have phenomenal common spaces (3 living rooms across three floors, the bottom one has a pool table).

Rent is $400 for the specified period above--flexible on the dates.
