Hi, we are seeking a fun and dynamic candidate to join our front desk team.The clinic is located in redwood city, very near to campus. We are interested in an outgoing, patient-oriented person with a positive and professional attitude to help support our patient outreach efforts and run our front desk efficiently. The time is flexible,Students are welcomed , Chinese is a plus and not necessary.

Responsibilities:

Greet and seat patients
Schedule appointments, follow up to confirm
Verify and update patient information
Prepare charts
Basic filing
Coordinate insurance and collect payments
Other tasks as needed

Desired Skills and Experience

Warm and welcoming personality -- you are the face of the practice!
Excellent communication skills, in person and over the phone
Strong organizational skills and excellent at handling multiple tasks simultaneously and quickly
Bi-lingual is a plus but not necessary.
Excellent computer skills
