Perks of subleasing in Munger:
You'd have a room for yourself with a spacious desk, and you'd have your own bathroom with a tub.
The apartment itself is spacious, huge living room. The kitchen has two fridges (3 roommates plus you) yet sharing the fridge with only one other person allows for tons of space! Munger has in building free laundry services as well!
