Hello!! We are two mid-20's female's who work at Stanford and are looking for a third roommate to move into a house/apartment with. We are looking to move in December/ January. We are on the hunt for a place within a 20 minute bike ride to Stanford. We have noticed through our search that there are more places and for cheaper rent if there are 3 people to the place vs. 2 people.

Looking to spend at most $1300 a month. We have been searching for places in Redwood City, Menlo Park, Palo Alto.
