Hi, we are seeking a fun and dynamic candidate to join our front desk team.The clinic is located in redwood city, very near to campus. We are interested in an outgoing, patient-oriented person with a positive and professional attitude to help support our patient outreach efforts and run our front desk efficiently. The time is flexible,Students are welcomed , Chinese is a plus and not necessary.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat patients
• Schedule appointments, follow up to confirm
• Verify and update patient information
• Prepare charts
• Basic filing
• Coordinate insurance and collect payments
• Other tasks as needed

Desired Skills and Experience

• Warm and welcoming personality -- you are the face of the practice!
• Excellent communication skills, in person and over the phone
• Strong organizational skills and excellent at handling multiple tasks simultaneously and quickly
• Bi-lingual is a plus but not necessary.
• Excellent computer skills
