The apartment is 10 minutes walk from Fremont Hub Shopping Center, 5 minute bike ride from Lake Elizabeth, and 10 minute bike ride to Fremont BART Station, 5 minute drive to I-880 and Stevenson Blvd. The apartment is 800 square feet with the master bedroom measuring 16 feet 6 inches by 11 feet. The apartment was recently renovated and painted 3 weeks ago. Cats are fine. The room is available September 25.

Finally, the rent is month-to-month. The tenant will be added to the lease.
