Come stay with us in a furnished basement room in a quiet neighborhood. Walkable to Stanford campus, Trader Joe's, Safeway, Whole Foods, many cafes/bars/restaurants. Free parking on street. Rent includes utilities, bicycle, friendly housemates (we are a combination of Stanford grad students and young professionals working in the area). Room includes own mini fridge/freezer and microwave, with full kitchen (sink/stove/oven/dishwasher) access as well. Room contiguous with rest of basement (ie your walls are bookshelves and sheets), but the basement is lockable from the inside and only occasionally used by other housemates (during daytime) for washer/drier. Basement has its own entry from the outside. Additional plus: large, sunny backyard with gardens and citrus trees. We've hosted nearly a dozen students visiting Stanford or on clinical away rotations, plus a few young professionals working in the area.
