We're subletting our on-campus studio apartment, in the Kennedy graduate housing residences from November 17, 2016 to January 7, 2017. The rent is $1,725 per month, plus a $500 deposit.

The apartment is fully furnished, on the fourth floor, and has a view of Hoover Tower. Perfect for one person or a couple. Comes with fully equipped kitchen, queen-sized bed, towels and linens are available. So is a TV with free connection to Netflix, HBO, and Hulu Plus. Access to common amenities including free laundry, music practice rooms, computer lab, extra TV room, and study rooms. Bikes optional.

Preference is given to people who rent for the entire period and who are willing to look after the apartment (water plants, collect mail, etc.). You'll need to be affiliated with Stanford (student, postdoc, visiting researcher, etc.) to rent this apartment.
