The junior studio has a bedroom with attached bathroom and shared kitchen. It is fully furnished.
Female preferred.
The deposit is $300 and it is 100% refundable. The only reason behind the deposit is to make sure there is no damage to the university provided furniture.
To sublease, you will have to be Stanford affiliate (post doc, student etc).
You will have to be quiet and clean while using the kitchen as it is a shared one.
You will have to clean the apartment before moving out.
