I’m subletting my place in Stanford on-campus grad housing for the month of December.

Available Nov. 30th to Dec. 30th. Dates aren’t flexible.

$797 rent + $28 tech fees (wifi, landline), total $825 (i.e. $27.50/day)
Security deposit: $300 (fully refundable)

I’m looking for someone who wants to sublet it for the full 30 day period, i.e. for the full $825 for the whole period, all-inclusive.

It’s a lovely furnished private room in a 2-bedroom efficiency apartment in Escondido Village. The bathroom and kitchen are shared with one female roommate. My roommate is a PhD student, who’s considerate, neat, quiet and friendly. The $825 is inclusive of everything for the month: rent, water, electricity, free laundry machines in the building, unlimited wifi, unlimited domestic calls on the landline in the apartment. The apartment has great natural light, and it opens onto a spacious balcony. There are safe bicycle stands right outside, and the building is near two Stanford Marguerite shuttle stops. It’s a 15min walk from the main quad – or 4min by bike.

As per Stanford rules, the subletter must be:

• Female
• Stanford affiliate during the sublicense period
• Not an undergrad, not a high school student
• Not a minor
• No smoking and no pets
• Only one occupant i.e. only one person can stay in the sublet, so if you’re looking for a place for yourself and your partner to stay in together, I won’t be able to sublet to you.
