I'm not going to lie, i skip lifting days pretty regularly without the buddy system. If you are the same way, maybe we can keep each other in check.
Offer is also open for cardio that involves a ball. Tennis, basketball, whatever. I have motivation problems with cardio too. Don't really go to the brink without there being a game involved.
