On-campus, Escondido Village studio for sublet. Apartment has full kitchen, handicap-accessible bathroom, and full bed (all pictured).

I'm a PhD student who will be training for data collection for a few weeks. I'm looking for clean, respectful sublettee from 23 Oct-19 Nov. Must be willing to rent for (or pay for) majority of that time (i.e. please don't e-mail me if you're looking for a small portion of that time; it's not the worth the preparation work for me to sublet for small periods).

If interested, please tell me: your name, a little about yourself, your preferred dates, your affiliation to Stanford, and your availability for Skyping or meeting to see the apartment/ensure we can have a good partnership. To be clear, the apartment will contain my things during your stay, though I will clean out some drawers/shelves for your things. Must be willing to move quickly on contract and payment. Due to poor experiences in the past, the room will not be "guaranteed" until contracts are signed and money has exchanged hands.

$500 deposit; rent will be based on standard EV Studio monthly rent of $1,415.
