Hi everyone, I am looking for someone to take over my lease early December. After December, there will be a month to month lease.

You will be living in the master bedroom (Rent $1500, but will be pro-rated for a December 10 move in date) in the Outer Richmond with my two awesome roommates.

The apartment is right by the Muni Stop, Safeway, and Golden Gate Park (Outside Lands was a block down the street).
