We are subletting our sunny and spacious 2-bedroom, 1-bath apartment between 11/16 and 12/31. (We are open to a shorter sublet, but ideally at least 4 weeks between those dates.)

Rent is $3000/month (to be prorated for the length of sublet), with utility costs included, plus an additional one-time $150 cleaning fee.

The apartment is located in College Terrace, a short walk from Stanford campus and a couple of blocks from the shops and restaurants on California Ave.

The apartment is fully furnished, with a large kitchen, dining room, living room, reading nook, on-site laundry and high-speed internet. (One of the two bedrooms is furnished with a futon that can be folded down to a very comfortable full-size bed).
