We are subletting our sunny and spacious 2-bedroom, 1-bath apartment between 11/16 and 12/31.

For sublet of 4 weeks or longer, rent is $3000/month with utility costs included, plus an additional one-time $100 cleaning fee. (For a sublet of less than 4 weeks, we would negotiate an appropriate weekly rate.)

The apartment is located in College Terrace, walking distance from Stanford campus, Caltrain, and the shops and restaurants on California Ave.

The apartment comes fully furnished, with a large kitchen, dining room, living room, reading nook, on-site laundry and wireless internet. (One of the two bedrooms is furnished with a futon that can be folded down to a comfortable full-size bed).
