I'm subletting 1 bedroom out of a Two-bedroom Efficiency Apartment in a Escondido Village Midrise.

According to the university policy, I can only sublet to a Stanford affiliate.

Dates for renting：2016.12.8-2017.1.9
Gender: female
Rate：$808/month (including utilities)
The apartment also includes a kitchen and a bathroom shared with a female roommate, necessary furnishings, and access to FREE LAUNDRY rooms.
