I have a TV with HDMI Mac-adaptable cable, microwave, toaster oven, fans, and a lamp can use.

Apartment will be available completely clean (and expected to be received in same condition). Full set of dishes, silverware, spices, and cleaning supplies are also available for you to use. Basically, you're free to use anything not stored under my bed. I will store some of my non-valuables under the raised bed.
