My room is available for sublet while I'm away for research for 2.5 months between November 15, 2016 and February 1, 2017.
The room is 11x12ft, and furnished with a bed, desk, dresser, closet space, and shelves, etc.
The bed can be un-lofted and placed close to the ground if you prefer.
This room opens directly out onto the back porch with a hot tub.

• shared with two other Stanford postdocs, one male and one female.

• No smoking.

Rent:

• Rent is $1300 per month plus utilities.
• A routine background check from the management company is required.

• 3485 Waverley Street, Palo Alto
• quiet family neighborhood.
• parking: two cars in the driveway, the third can easily park on the street.
• 4 miles to Stanford campus, with nice bike routes the entire way.
• 5-min bike ride to California CalTrain station.
