I'm looking for someone to take over my lease for a 2 bedroom/1 bathroom apartment near downtown Redwood City. I'm moving to the city in early November, so ideally you can start around then. The lease is until June 30, 2017.

Kitchen is brand new. We're the first to use all the appliances. Fridge, oven, electric stove (non-coil version), over range microwave, dish washer. Wood floors and cabinets are also new I think.

Master bedroom has a walk in closet.

There's a detached garage that you can tandem park (two total spots). Coin operated laundry on site.

Downsides: Kitchen and bathroom are somewhat small. Street parking is not great. And you can sometimes hear the train if your windows are open.

It's within walking distance to Sequioa Shopping Center (Safeway, CVS), downtown, two tacquerias, and Whole Foods among others. And Caltrain.
