The room is the master suite in a four bedroom house. You will have your own floor, bathroom, closet and balcony in addition to the room. Use of the common areas is also included in the price.
The townhouse is located in a gated community with a shared garage that you will have access to for off street parking. Just across from the townhouse is a very nice gym with classes, a pool, and other amenities, I will leave two guest passes for you to use at your convenience. Google is in walking distance and the 101 is nearby for easy access to just about anything in the Bay Area.
