Looking to sublet a room in Menlo Park (Madera Ave).

Rent: $737 + utilities (usually <$15)/month, a single, comes furnished (see photos).

Dates: 11/17 - 12/31 (so very short term -- rent will be pro-rated).

People: You'll be in a house with 6 other recent college grads (c/o 2014-2016). We are friends with each other (some after they've moved in), and are generally a quiet bunch. This is a coed house.

Facilities: Two pairs of in house washer/dryers. Three bathrooms+shower. 1 full kitchen and 1 half kitchen (with portable electric stove + sink + dishwasher).

Parking: Free. There's 6 spots and currently 5 cars (two housemates don't have cars) in the driveway. If you come in then ... we are good!

Re: photos. The TV won't be there... the bedding won't be there, but the mattress, drawers, bed frame, chair, table, will be there.
