We are subletting our furnished 1 bed apartment in EV for three weeks over the Christmas break, from the weekend of the 17th/18th of December to the weekend of the 7th/8th of January. We have a corner apartment on the 5th floor of a mid-rise building. Rent is University standard rate of $60/night or ~$1200 for full three weeks.

The apartment was renovated last year - there is fresh carpeting, new blinds and a new cooker and refrigerator. As the building has key-card access, only Stanford affiliated people are eligible to apply. Due to Stanford regulations we will also be unable to sublet to undergraduate students or families.
