$300 deposit is required additionally to the full price, all paid upfront. The deposit will be returned in full if the apartment is returned in the same condition as received. Otherwise, the deposit or part of it may be used to cover cleaning or other incidentals.

Located in Hulme, one of the Escondido Village mid-rises (8-story buildings). Fully furnished and renovated two years ago, so all the kitchen appliances are relatively new and everything is in excellent condition. The bedroom has a queen size bed, two nightstands and a desk. The living room has one sofa and one futon, plus a dining table with three chairs. Dishes and bed linens can be used. Great balcony with two sitting chairs and view (7th floor). Not that this is a couples without children building. Apartment is ideal for either one person or a couple.
