I want to sublease my Kennedy junior studio (with private bathroom and shared kitchen) between Dec 10, 2016 and Jan 5, 2017 for $1000. You can see photos of the apartment from Stanford housing website under the tab "Junior Studio with Shared Kitchen" (https://rde.stanford.edu/studenthousing/kennedy-graduate-residences-0).

According to the Stanford sublease requirement, only Stanford affiliates are qualified for the sublease. Female is preferred. And it would be great if you can keep my apartment clean and tidy during this period (I ask for additional $200 as deposit, which will be returned to you if the room is kept clean and tidy during the sub-leasing period).
