I'm subletting my Studio apartment at Escondido Village from December 7 to January 4. It's close to marguerite bus stop, 10-15 minute walk to campus, Starbucks, and California avenue.

The room comes fully furnished, including full kitchenware, audio set, a keyboard (it can be moved if you want more room), and a record player (I can teach you how to use it!). Free laundry is available in the same building.

Rent is $1,415/month (it will be prorated based on the length of your stay) with $300 security deposit which will be returned at the end of the sublease. I'm looking for a clean, responsible non-smoker, who can take the place for the entire period or for a portion of the period. Dates and rate are flexible and negotiable.
