Hey there! I'm subletting my fully furnished on-campus housing from 17th Dec, 2016 to 8th January, 2017 @ $38/day. It’s a clean apartment Renovated by Stanford in March so all the amenities, furniture and fixtures are really new!

The apartment is located in Rains Housing at Stanford which is very close (0.5-1.3 miles) to the all the academic areas (be it the Engineering, Business, Law, Science, Humanities and other schools) at Stanford and the Palo Alto Caltrain Station is located less than 2 miles away.

As stated earlier, the apartment is fully furnished and has the following amenities-

You should be a graduate student affiliated to Stanford (undergrads 25years and over are also permitted by Stanford). I think a Stanford staff member or a visiting faculty member is also allowed by Stanford Housing (R&DE) to sub-let this apartment.
