We are excited to add another roommate (or two?) to join three of us living in a great home in Los Altos Hills. Our current lease runs until the end of July, with the potential to extend further.

The room:
• Master suite -- HUGE room -- currently occupied by a couple with two dogs and is more than enough space
• Bay windows = tons of natural lighting
• There is a walk-in closet, a private bathroom (inside the Master Suite), and even a separate outdoor entrance to the room
• Current furniture includes a queen-sized bed, night stands, a desk, and a very large armoire

The house:
• You need to see it for yourself (pictures attached)
• Tucked away in the great neighborhood of Los Altos Hills -- beautiful single story home with large back yard (over an acre of land next to Rancho San Antonio preserve and all its trails)
• Salt-water pool
• Wisteria-covered patio & yard (work, relax, entertain. . .all of the above), fruit trees all over property (grapefruit, banana, pomegranate, cherry and lemon)
• Solar panels up on the roof to catch the sunlight and keep the bills down (+nest thermostat)
• There are hand-crafted ceramics (including kitchenware) throughout and surrounding the home (owner is an artist/jeweler)
• Inside - 4 beds, 3 baths -- hardwood floors throughout
• Office space for co-working with dry erase boards and chalkboards
• Kitchen with most appliances that you could want (e.g. giant food processor, juicer, water heaters, toaster oven)
• Projector & screen in living room; house is wired for sound inside & out.
• The garage has a ton of hand tools, hardware and a 3D printer

Now if you've made it this far -- you must be curious to know who you will be living with! Two mechanical/biomedial engineers (Eric & Craig) currently in the Stanford Biodesign program, and one Google X-er (Rosie). We are all in our late twenties. We are pretty busy during the week but love to spend weekends catching up & cooling off. Any interests you have are likely to be shared by someone in the house -- we love to listen to music, hike around the Bay area, exercise (run/swim/work out/yoga), find great new local breweries, and build, tinker and explore. We all love to learn, so as long as you love what you're into we'd love to hear about it.

Dogs are welcome but cats are a no go unfortunately (allergies).

Logistics:
• Looking for someone to move in 1/07 (may be a little flexible)
• Rent is $2200/month (slightly more for couples)
• Lease currently runs through end of July 2017 -- but is flexible and can potentially be renewed or go month to month after
• 15-20 minute drive to Stanford campus

What we're looking for:
• Someone that is kind, considerate and respectful of a group living situation. Feel free to build awesome pillow forts in your bedroom, but please keep the common space clean.
