One Bed room ($800/month including utilities) available for sublet from Jan 1, 2016 till June 15 2016 in a house less than a mile from Stanford. I am flexible with move in and move out dates. Sublet beyond June may also be possible.

The house is approx 1 minute walk to Palo Alto Downtown and approx 5 minutes to Palo Alto Cal Train Station. You can bike (or drive) to campus like previous students living here. The House has a living room, music room, kitchen, garden, backyard etc. The room and house is well furnished and has TV, cable, internet access and other basic utilities. Free parking is available.
