I am a 22 year old research assistant at Stanford looking for someone to fill out my outgoing roommate's lease.

The apartment is just off the corner of Alma and Tennyson Ave, roughly 1.5 miles to Stanford, and about 1 mile to University Ave. The duplex has two floors, 1.5 baths, combined kitchen/living room. Rent is $1425/month (internet and utilities are not included in this price). The apartment comes with a few disamenities, like the train noise a touchy gas heating. If you aren't willing to roll with those, I'd suggest searching elsewhere.

We are looking for someone to move in early-mid January, lease ends July 31st.
