My housemates and I graduated in Masters of Computer Science a few years back from Stanford and we are all founders of Venture Capital funded startup companies in Silicon Valley. We are looking for a 5th housemate. We prefer longer term housemates, but we can also work with shorter terms. Longer term may include a small discount in rent.

The rent will be $1850 with estimated $150 in utilities for total of $2000. We are open to renting a room out to 2 people for increased total rent of $3350. Up to Jan 31st 2017, we can offer you discounted pro-rated rent of $1650 + estimated utilities of $150 making it a total of $1800 per month until end of Jan.
