This place is fully furnished. Also get this place cleaned every month. The room is furnished with a queen bed and mattress, wardrobe with pant hanger, shoe racks, shelves, desk and chair. The rent is $1300 plus 1/2 of utilities and the cleaning cost.

We have in-unit laundry and attached garage.

You don't need to worry about toilet paper, paper towel, laundry detergent, dish washer detergent, or any other cleaning supplies as they are already available in the house.

You are more than welcome to use the kitchen an all the kitchenware (plates, pans, knives, forks, etc). New Dishwasher and Fridge.

The apt is pet-free, non-smoker, don't do drugs, pretty chill / laid back. I am quiet but outgoing and very friendly. We don't usually cook during the week and only in the weekend or so. We sometimes go for a walk or riding across when the weather is nice.
