I am subletting a bedroom in a 2 bedroom, 1 bath shared apartment in the Rains apartment complex. The room will be available from June 17 through August 20.

The room is fully furnished with dresser, bookcase, bed, desk, and chair. Common areas include dining table, sofa, oven/stove, microwave. Females only.

Monthly rent of $1126/month includes all utilities and laundry facilities.

Only incoming or current Stanford affiliates who can show proof of Stanford affiliation are eligible to sublicense. Minors, undergraduates, and those not in good standing with the University are not eligible to sublicense.
